A Mandate from God to Release this Prophetic Word.
The Father (God) had a very lengthy and intense conversation (before day)with me as He was speaking and showing me scriptures in the Bible and I was at the Mercy seat to just sit in His Presence and listen to what He had to say. And afterwards He gave the Final Mandate Words for His People.
I will sum it up in a few words. Those that are in the Spirit truly understand what this means.
